Getting an event on your books is straightforward and hassle-free — we’ll guide you from start to finish in no time with no sweat.

1. CONNECT

We begin by getting our team and yours on the same page, aligning with your needs and vision for the training.

This is where we listen, ask questions, and uncover what’s really happening in your culture and within your teams.

The goal: to clearly understand the dynamics, challenges, and objectives before anything is designed.

2. CO-CREATE

We design the program with you — nothing we do is cookie-cutter or one-size-fits-all.

This is where your team’s needs meet our expertise — blending your language, culture, and outcomes with iMERGENCE’s unique methods.

Every element (length, tone, exercises, follow-up) is custom-crafted to fit your people and your objectives.

3. CATALYZE

This is the experience itself — the workshop, offsite, or session.

This is where the room comes alive: people get out of their heads, connect with each other, and practice new ways of communicating in real time.

We activate energy, trust, and agility through experiential, improv-based learning that sparks insight, confidence, collaboration and positvity the moment it happens.

4. CEMENT

We help participants lock in the learning and connect it to daily work.

This phase turns “that was amazing” into “here’s how I’ll use this tomorrow,” with guided reflection, debriefs, and conversations that tie insights to real responsibilities.

The focus is practical integration — building habits, language, and shared understanding that strengthen individuals as well as the culture itself long after the session ends.

5. CONTINUE

We extend the impact through follow-up sessions, development programs, or leadership coaching that sustain progress over time.

This is where momentum becomes mastery, whether through ongoing touchpoints, deeper skill-building, or continued partnership to reinforce what’s working.

In case you’re wondering…

What if I don’t know the date yet?

Not to worry. We can move forward with everything else, seal the deal and once you know the date, we can get that set.

I won’t know the location for a while, can I still book with you?

Definitely! We can get everything else set up and then work on the location and logistics when you know more.

What if the numbers of participants change?

It shouldn’t be a problem as long as you keep us up to date as soon as you know. We have all of the specifics in our proposal and agreement about how we handle changing numbers.

Can I add to or change the objectives of the session after we’ve signed off?

Yes! Often things come up as the session approaches and we are happy to shift how we position the training to support your needs.

Can people observe but not participate?

Let’s chat about it! It depends on the circumstances — sometimes it fine, other times it may not be the best for the other participants. We’ll figure it out together.

What happens if we have to cancel the training because of something going on in the office that day?

We get it, stuff happens. It’s all outlined in our proposal and agreement. You’ll have 90 days to find another day to do the training. In short, we are very flexible with helping you roll with the punches and find another date that works.
